Seeing the accomplishments of other African Americans and interacting with them in the community through service has always been the way we have progressed, found healing, and solved problems.  This goes all the way back to Africa in the villages.  To see both races coming to the table, brings so much joy. It is a privilege to be associated with Lowcountry Africana and cross those bridges.  ]]></description>
